- Q1. How can I make a reservation?
- We accept reservations via "website," "fax," and "phone." If you choose to make a reservation by phone, please call us between 11:30 and 21:30.
- Q2. Can I cancel or change the number of people for my reservation?
- If you wish to cancel, please be sure to contact us by phone one day prior to your reservation. If you wish to change the number of people, please also be sure to contact us by phone no later than one day before your reservation, as we need to prepare the food accordingly. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request if the number of people increases and there is no available seating. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
- Q3. Can I change the reservation time?
- Please contact our staff in advance and discuss the matter with them. If there is another reservation at the desired time, we may not be able to make the change. Also, if you think you may not be able to make it to your reservation on time due to unforeseen circumstances such as an earthquake or traffic congestion, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Q4. What if I can't make it on time due to traffic congestion?
- If you are going to be late for your reservation, please make sure to contact us. If we don't receive any contact from you and a considerable amount of time has passed, we may need to serve other customers in your reserved table. Therefore, in such cases, please be sure to contact us.

- During busy periods such as Golden Week, New Year's holidays, and weekends, it is expected to be very busy, so we recommend making a reservation as soon as your desired date and time are decided. (※Our main branch does not accept reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)

- You do not need to make a reservation in advance unless you order a dish that requires it. However, please note that it would be helpful if you inform us beforehand, as it allows us to prepare the ingredients and dishes more efficiently and provide better service to our customers.
- Q7. Can I make a reservation for weekday lunchtime?
- Due to the high volume of customers during weekday lunchtime, we regret to inform you that we do not accept reservations for our weekday service lunch. However, we do accept reservations for our set course meals and other options. Thank you for your understanding.

- Q1. Do you have private rooms?
- We offer private rooms at Keitokuchin-Shuka. However, please note that Keitokuchin-Shinkan does not have private rooms available.
- Q2. How many people are needed to use a private room?
- Private rooms are available for groups of 6 or more people (with no room charge). Please let us know in advance if you wish to use a private room. ※Please note that if you are a group with small children and wish to use a private room, the minimum number of people required may be flexible depending on the availability, so please feel free to ask.
- Q3. Is it possible to have a banquet for a large group of people?
- It varies by location, but for our new branch, we can accommodate up to 30 guests on one floor, while at Jingdezhen Restaurant, we can accommodate up to 50 guests on one floor. Additionally, we offer plans for welcome and farewell parties, ladies' night out, and other events such as birthday parties and wedding receptions. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your group size and budget.
- Q4. Do you have non-smoking seats?
- It depends on the restaurant and time of day (such as during lunch hours). Please contact the staff at the restaurant for more details.

- We have it available.
- Q6. Is it possible to visit the restaurant with a wheelchair or other mobility aid?
- Our restaurant is only barrier-free on the first floor. Access to upper floors from the second floor onwards is by stairs, so please contact each store for details.

- If you are ordering a la carte dishes or course meals and have allergies to specific foods, please inform the staff. We will do our best to accommodate your requests as much as possible. However, please note that there may be some dishes where we cannot change the ingredients. Please feel free to contact our staff if you have any concerns or questions.
- Q2. Can all-you-can-drink be added to individual dish orders?
- We are sorry but the all-you-can-drink option is only available for customers who order course meals. (※The all-you-can-drink option is generally for 2 hours. If you wish to drink more than 2 hours, please make a reservation for a different plan such as 3-hour all-you-can-drink plan.)

- Basically, our set course menus will be the base for your event. However, we can create a plan that suits your budget, such as providing flower arrangements or arranging special performances for your party. Please consult with our staff first.
