Keitokuchin-Shinkan is one of the few Sichuan cuisine specialty restaurants in Yokohama Chinatown, where you can enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine.
Sichuan cuisine is famous for being spicy, but authentic Sichuan cuisine has a unique umami flavor in addition to its spiciness. In particular, "Chen Mapo Tofu," Sichuan's representative dish made with the spicy Sichuan pepper "La" (辣) that gives a sudden spicy taste and the Chinese flower pepper "Ma" (麻) that gives a characteristic numbing spiciness, is a dish that can be enjoyed with all five senses.
At our restaurant, we use our own unique blend of "Ma" and "La" to balance the flavors, and we add black bean sauce and secret seasonings to create a traditional and delicious dish that is unique to our restaurant.
This year's banquet plan includes "Chen Mapo Tofu" in all courses, so you can enjoy the taste of authentic Sichuan cuisine with your companions, and there's no doubt that the conversation will be lively!
