Sichuan cuisine is known for being spicy, but it has a unique flavor that goes beyond just spiciness. Especially the representative Sichuan dish, "Mapo Tofu," which uses Sichuan peppers known for their spicy heat sensation "la" and Chinese flower peppers known for their numbing sensation "ma," is a dish that can be enjoyed with all five senses.
At our restaurant, we create a unique and authentic flavor by harmonizing the "ma" and "la" with our own original blend of black bean sauce and secret seasoning.
